Group Visit Information Group visits are scheduled to occur on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays during the museum’s normal hours from 10:00 AM – 4:00 PM.
Conditions and rules for group visits:
Group visits may be scheduled to begin prior to the museum being open to the public but must end by the time that the museum closes to the public at the end of the day.
Group visits are scheduled for two-hour time periods. AHA! does not have lunchroom or snack accommodations. Please discuss your needs with the staff while making your reservations.
The ratio of children to adults should be 3:1 so that enough hands are present in order to make sure both our group guests and our public visitors have equally pleasurable visits.
There is no minimum number of children required for a group but groups of more than 50 children must have special permission granted by the Director.
Rates:
$3.50 per child, one adult admitted for every three children. Additional adults $3.50 each. (Additional family members accompanying the class but who are not members of the class pay the full admission price of $5 per person.)
